【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardestablishesthepositioningofsafeguardswithrespecttotheapproachspeedsofpartsofthehumanbody.Itspecifiesparametersbasedonvaluesforapproachspeedsofpartsofthehumanbodyandprovidesamethodologytodeterminetheminimumdistancestoahazardzonefromthedetectionzoneorfromactuatingdevicesofsafeguards.Thevaluesforapproachspeeds(walkingspeedandupperlimbmovement)inthisInternationalStandardaretimetestedandproveninpracticalexperience.ThisInternationalStandardgivesguidancefortypicalapproaches.Othertypesofapproach,forexamplerunning,jumpingorfalling,arenotconsideredinthisInternationalStandard.SafeguardsconsideredinthisInternationalStandardinclude:a)electro-sensitiveprotectiveequipment[seeIEC61496(allparts)],including:?lightcurtainsandlightgrids(AOPDs);?laserscanners(AOPDDRs)andtwo-dimensionalvisionsystems;b)pressure-sensitiveprotectiveequipment(seeISO13856-1,ISO13856-2andISO13856-3),especiallypressure-sensitivemats;c)two-handcontroldevices(seeISO13851);d)interlockingguardswithoutguardlocking(seeISO14119).ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesminimumdistancesfromthedetectionzone,plane,line,pointorinterlockingguardaccesspointtothehazardzoneforhazardscausedbythemachine(e.g.crushing,shearing,drawing-in).Protectionagainsttherisksfromhazardsarisingfromtheejectionofsolidorfluidmaterials,emissions,radiationandelectricityarenotcoveredbythisInternationalStandard.TheInternationalStandardisnotapplicabletosafeguards(e.g.pendanttwo-handcontroldevices)thatcanbemoved,withoutusingtools,nearertothehazardzonethanthecalculatedminimumdistance.TheminimumdistancesderivedfromthisInternationalStandardarenotapplicabletosafeguardsusedtodetectthepresenceofpersonswithinanareaalreadyprotectedbyaguardorelectro-sensitiveprotectiveequipment.
